Instant Level Counter is a companion app for the Munchkin card game. It works without an account and is designed to keep data on your device. We don't sell your data, and we don't want more of it than we need to run the app.
We don't ask for your real name, email, contacts, photos or location.
Solely to provide and improve the app: run your game, sync shared sessions between devices, and diagnose problems. We do not use your data for advertising profiles.
Session data is shared only with the players you choose to share a game with. We don't share personal data with third parties except service providers that help operate the app (for example, crash reporting), under appropriate safeguards.
You can clear game data at any time from within the app. Because there's no account, removing the app removes the data stored on your device.
Instant Level Counter is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Instant Level Counter for tracking your own tabletop game sessions.
The app, its design and its content are owned by the Instant Level Counter team. Munchkin is a trademark of Steve Jackson Games. Instant Level Counter is an unofficial companion app and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Steve Jackson Games. You'll still need an official Munchkin game to play.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free — though we work to keep it solid.
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app. (Including any arguments it fails to settle at the table.)
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.
